Pinus strobus 'Tiny Curls'
A variety that has been on the market since 2002 and was discovered by Greg Williams (USA) in seedlings of the Torulosa variety. It is characterized by very slow growth and an initially spherical, later conical, compact shape. It is distinguished by blue-grey, long, thin, strongly twisted, bristly needles.
Very attractive variety, fluffy appearance, perfect solitary plant for edging and compositions, especially for low creeping plants with colorful leaves. Also suitable for stony lands and moors. It requires average, moderately moist, slightly acidic soil. It grows best in full sun, but it also tolerates lower light conditions.
